Decoiling
The procedure of decoiling entails unwinding and lengthening the steel coil. In order to reset the stresses created during steel mill production, the coil is unwound from the parent coil and then sent through a levelling machine that flexes the steel via a set of rolls beyond its yield point.

Slitting
Three phases make up the stainless steel coil slitting process: uncoiling to flatten the metal, knives for cutting, and a recoiler to wound the metal back into a coil. To guarantee that the strips are cut to the correct tolerances, the three operations must be properly aligned.

Warehouse
The sheet metal will be used in highly aesthetic applications, our equipment has been built and set up to handle the stainless steel coils with the utmost care from the initial treatment in the warehouse. In order to handle coils of tape with the utmost care and safety, the raw material warehouse is therefore furnished with a 20 tonnes crane bridge with a unique gripper system.
